Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RemedyNowRX website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

RemedyNowRX provides physician-reviewed medication packs through a secure telehealth platform. Our services facilitate the review and approval of medication requests by licensed physicians. RemedyNowRX and its physicians do not sell or ship medications. When a physician approves treatment, the physician sends your medication order directly to your pharmacy, where you pick up and purchase your medications. We are not an emergency medical service. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

RemedyNowRx serves as a healthcare management services organization, supporting patients and providers through secure technology and administrative services. Medical services are provided solely by independently contracted, licensed healthcare professionals who exercise independent clinical judgment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a state in which our services are legally available to use RemedyNowRX. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Orders are limited to you or your direct dependants and must be placed through a verified personal email address.

3. Physician Review and Approval

All medication pack requests are subject to review and approval by a licensed physician. Submission of an assessment does not guarantee approval or fulfillment of an order. The prescribing physician retains full clinical discretion and may deny a request, modify the contents of a pack, or substitute medications based on your health profile, allergies, or medical conditions. RemedyNowRX does not override physician judgment.

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all assessments and forms. Providing false or misleading medical information is dangerous and may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to appropriate authorities. RemedyNowRX is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide.

5. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

The medications and kits provided through RemedyNowRX are intended for use in non-emergency, preparedness scenarios as directed by a physician. They are not a substitute for professional in-person medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for serious, worsening, or life-threatening conditions.

6. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.

If an independent licensed physician determines that a requested medication is not medically appropriate, the physician may discuss other treatment options with you or prescribe an alternative treatment if medically appropriate. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the treating physician in the exercise of their independent professional judgment. No refund will be issued solely because your requested medication was not prescribed.

RemedyNowRx does not manufacture, dispense, sell, or ship medications. Any medications prescribed by your treating physician are dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy, which maintains its own policies regarding returns, replacements, and refunds. RemedyNowRx does not provide refunds for medications dispensed by a pharmacy.

Fees paid to RemedyNowRx are for administrative, technology, scheduling, care coordination, and related non-clinical services that facilitate access to independent licensed medical providers. Once your order has been submitted for physician review or transmitted to the pharmacy, these services have been substantially performed and are generally non-refundable unless there was an error in the processing of your request.

If you believe there has been an error with your order or billing, please contact us within seven (7) days at support@remedynowrx.com for assistance.

7. Pharmacy Fulfillment and Pickup

RemedyNowRX and its physicians do not sell or ship medications. Once a physician approves your treatment, your medication order is sent directly to your pharmacy, typically within 24 hours of physician approval. You are responsible for picking up and purchasing your medications from your pharmacy.

Fulfillment timelines and availability are determined by your pharmacy and not by RemedyNowRX. RemedyNowRX is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by your pharmacy or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss for the medications passes to you when your pharmacy dispenses them to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RemedyNowRX platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RemedyNowRX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemedyNowRX, its officers, directors, employees, and physicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any medications provided. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemedyNowRX and its affiliates, physicians, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of false or inaccurate information.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RemedyNowRX at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
